Blackduck Cidery (located in Ovid, NY right in the Heart of The Finger Lakes) is the beverage division of Daring Drake Farms. John Reynolds and Shannon O'Connor have been growing orchard fruit there for well over a decade, as well as raising ducks and providing duck eggs to their local farmers market. They produce Spanish inspired, minimal intervention, natural ciders from ambient yeast, both still and carbonated. They're doing their own weird, interesting little thing in a state that has some of the most unique and interesting ciders in the nation. Come out on Wednesday night, 10/26 and taste for yourself. We'll be pouring 3 draft ciders, and 3 bottles by the glass. You'll also be able to purchase bottles to go.
